Questions
Can my customers see the “Create quote” button?
No. Only your team members who can manage WooCommerce see it, or the external sellers account if you turn it on.
Does it change my prices or the cart?
No. A quote is a separate record with its own negotiated prices.
How are taxes calculated?
With WooCommerce's tax settings: if you show prices including tax, the quote states the tax they contain; otherwise it adds it.
Where is the PDF generated?
In the browser of whoever exports it. It doesn't go through external servers.
What if I don't renew the yearly license?
Pro features turn off and the plugin keeps working as the free version. Lifetime licenses don't renew.
What is Freemius?
It’s the platform we sell Koalab Quote through, widely used by WordPress plugins. It processes your card or PayPal payment, emails you the invoice and the license, and its dashboard lets you manage your subscription and sites.
Do I need Koalab Sync?
No, they are independent. If you already use it, both live in the same store.
